ATHELX - Terms of Service [FOUNDING SERIES]
1. Scope of Agreement
By accessing the ATHELX digital lab or purchasing our performance gear, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the limited release of the Founding Series // Phase 1 and all subsequent equipment drops.
2. Limited Edition & Purchase Constraints

Founding Series Cap: The Founding Series is strictly limited to 100 units per design. Once the counter reaches zero, the design is archived and will not be reproduced in its original form.

Anti-Resell Policy: ATHELX equipment is engineered for athletes, not resellers. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be high-volume commercial purchases intended for unauthorized secondary markets.

Unit Limits: To ensure fair distribution among the community, we may enforce a maximum of 2 units per customer for specific high-demand drops.
3. Order Fulfillment & Verification

Verification: All orders are subject to a security check.

Prepaid Advantage: Prepaid orders receive priority fulfillment with a 24-hour dispatch SLA.

COD Verification: Cash on Delivery orders require a valid phone number and may require a one-time verification (OTP or call) before being moved to "In-Progress" status. We reserve the right to cancel unverified COD orders after 48 hours.
4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future "Phases" based on material costs and engineering upgrades.
5. Intellectual Property
The ATHELX logo, "Alpha-180" branding, and technical 3D renders are the exclusive property of ATHELX. Any unauthorized use of our branding or design blueprints for commercial purposes will result in immediate legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
ATHELX gear is designed for high-performance athletics. We are not liable for any injury or hardware failure resulting from improper use or extreme environmental conditions beyond our tested parameters.
