Shipping policy

ATHELX - Shipping & Dispatch Protocol

1. Dispatch Velocity (SLA)

We operate on a performance-first fulfillment model. Dispatch times are categorized by payment priority:

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards): Dispatched within 24 hours. These orders receive "Priority 1" status in our fulfillment center.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Dispatched within 3 business days. These orders undergo an additional verification phase before processing.

2. Transit & Logistics

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp through our logistics partner, Shiprocket.

  • Metros: 2–4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Every ATHELX shipment is tracked in real-time. You will receive automated updates at three critical stages:

  1. Handover: When your gear leaves the ATHELX Store.

  2. In-Transit: Updates as it nears your local hub.

  3. Out for Delivery: Final notification on the day of arrival.

4. Undelivered Shipments

  • Prepaid: If a delivery attempt fails, we will attempt two more deliveries. If the order is returned, we will contact you for re-shipping or a refund.

  • COD: After one failed delivery attempt or refusal, the order is returned to our warehouse, and future COD privileges for that account may be restricted.
